Is the glass dishwasher safe?
Yes, the glass is dishwasher safe.
How durable is the glass?
The glass is similar to other glassware that you have in your home. It lasts but if you drop it, it may break.
Can the glass handle heat?
Sudden temperature change may break or shatter the product. While the glass is hot, do not pour cold liquid into it. If the glass is cold, do not pour hot liquid into it.
What if our glass arrives broken?
If your order arrives with any breakage, please send a photo to info@remarkglass.com and we will replace the item.
Can we donate glass to you?
Yes! Our sister non-profit Bottle Underground collects used bottles and jars from the Philadelphia area. Learn more at www.bottleunderground.com!
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The typical processing time is 1-2 weeks upon refund confirmation.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@remarkglass.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For more information, head to our Refund Policy page!
Keepsake Breaking Glass FAQ
How do I return my breaking glass pieces?
When you need to return them please contact us and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Do return labels expire?
Yes, return labels do have expiration dates:
- USPS return labels expire 1 year after purchase
- UPS return labels expire 6 months after purchase
Please use your return label within the expiration timeframe to ensure a smooth return process. If your label has expired, please contact us and we'll send you a new one.
Will I be charged for the return shipping?
We provide prepaid return labels for your convenience. You won't be charged for return shipping when using our provided label.
How long does it take to create the new glass item from my breaking glass pieces?
Once we receive your breaking glass pieces, we'll add the item to our production and it will take about 6-8 weeks to be made into the final item. You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive your package to our shop.
