Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

In-store pickup is available Tuesday-Friday 9AM-5PM and some Saturdays 12-5PM (aside from special holiday hours). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

Most of our products are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to craft and pack for shipping. If the product is made and in stock it tends to ship within 3-5 days.

Once shipped, orders are delivered via the carrier and their standard delivery time is 2-7 days.

We offer Economy (5-8 days) free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 will ship via UPS Ground delivery (2 days).

EXPEDITED ORDERS

Orders can be expedited for an additional fee. If you need an order to be delivered within a certain window of time, please reach out to info@remarkglass.com with your order number.
