How do I return my breaking glass pieces?

When you need to return them please contact us and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Do return labels expire?

Yes, return labels do have expiration dates:

  • USPS return labels expire 1 year after purchase
  • UPS return labels expire 6 months after purchase

Please use your return label within the expiration timeframe to ensure a smooth return process. If your label has expired, please contact us and we'll send you a new one.

Will I be charged for the return shipping?

We provide prepaid return labels for your convenience. You won't be charged for return shipping when using our provided label.

How long does it take to create the new glass item from my breaking glass pieces?

Once we receive your breaking glass pieces, we'll add the item to our production and it will take about 8-10 weeks to be made into the final item. You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive your package to our shop.
