I couldn’t be happier with my Mystery Box purchase from Remark Glass! Opening it was so much fun, and I was beyond excited to find that it included the exact glasses I had been hoping for. It honestly felt like they read my mind! The quality and craftsmanship are fantastic, and the whole experience made the mystery box even more enjoyable. I look forward to every mystery box drop! This is my third (maybe fourth?) Mystery cup box and I am beyond happy every single time. This has really helped me grow my cup collection (not a collection I ever thought I would have) while trying different styles and types of the glasses Remark has. Also, I am extremely grateful and happy with the Remark team in how they packaged and wrapped the cups and the bowls I ordered because unfortunately the shipping company was not as kind to a package marked 'fragile' as you would like, but everything I ordered came in one piece without any damage! I am already looking forward (and adding to cart) my next order.
Cannot recommend enough! This is my 3rd mystery box and I love it as much as the first, a great way to grow my collections of glasses and get a variety of styles. If you on the fence, I recommend taking the plunge, you will not regret it!
I’ve loved remark glass for a very long time and have a few items in my collection over the years, but am looking for a new piece but couldn’t decide. I’ve moved away from the NE so got this mystery box shipped and it arrived in perfect condition (and very quickly). The glasses are imperfect, as expected (one side of the glass is taller so lip is uneven and a nick on the wall) but still quality made!

Obsessed! This is my 2nd mystery bix of glasses and I couldn't be happier. I love ordering the myster boxes because you can get a nice mix of different things (the discounted price is also a huge plus). I am slowly but surely building my collection of remark glassware and have no desire to stop soon. This shop is not only amazing for working with recycled materials to help reduce waste a little but you can also tell they really care about their platform and customers. I was so excited to receive my mystery box! I've been a following remark glass for a while but had not been able to get a mystery in the past so I was ecstatic when they released these! The cups are awesome, they're a little wonky in shape but I knew that going in, I enjoy the imperfection because I think it makes the cups even more unique. They were packed extremely well and arrived very fast once they shipped out. I cannot recommend these products enough, I'm looking forward to my next purchase.
I am quite pleased with my mystery boxes. Each box came with two large glasses. I was lucky enough to snag a pair of draught glasses and a pair of crown cups. The mystery boxes were listed as seconds because of slight imperfections. You can’t really notice on the draught glasses at all and the crown cups are so unique and special . The team was super responsive to my questions and could not have been more helpful.

I ordered a mystery box a couple of weeks ago and was SO very pleased with what I received! I got a pair of tall drinking glasses, I believe they’re made from kombucha bottles. The glasses feel very nice to use and are very easy to wash, which is important since the hand I wash with has 3 formerly broken fingers and I still have some trouble here and there with certain activities, washing glasses being one of them! As these are “oops” glasses with tiny flaws in them, I can say that I do see the little flaws and am not at all bothered by them. I think the glasses look great, and feel nice in the hands. I also really like that things are being recycled and given new life. I’m looking forward to the next time mystery boxes are available to see what else I might get! Thanks for this work that you do!

We love using our new glasses from the mystery box for our mocktails. We didn't have any glasses this tall previous to this, and I am really enjoying the shape and style. The mystery box is a fun way to support Remark, and I'll definitely take advangate of it again!

I admit to having a glass fetish! I love unique glasses of all kinds. I received 2 BEAUTIFUL glasses that I would challenge anyone to identify them as a former bottle. The glass is thin and delicate. The larger glass has an inverted scalloped edge and is just the perfect size to use as a small vase. The smaller glass is more narrow in size and has become my favorite daily drink glass. The items are pristine. I envision these glasses being admired long after I’m gone, with someone looking for markings to identify the brand of a high end or vintage glass! Thank you for a beautiful gift to me!

I'm very happy with the two mystery boxes I ordered. I got 4 different cups - it would've been cool to get two of the same kind, but I get that's the nature of a mystery box! One of the cups arrived broken, but I sent an email and quickly received a replacement cup which was great.
I expected small mistakes but these were pretty misshapen.
It's so fun to get a mystery box, and the pieces are still very beautiful!
I received a lovely Campari glass and another crown vessel that I think I will use for a vase! Beautiful!
It was an interesting box. I would not order again. One glass was cool but the other was a standard, although lopsided, rocks glass. I cannot get the cloudy residue off it.
This was a fun way to check out some of Remark’s glassware designs! I received an emerald colored night glass and a tall crown cup, packed securely. I love the smoothness and organic lines of blown glass… these Remark glasses have that quality plus the feeling of something upcycled. They are not heavy at all, even though they’re surprisingly large. They feel sturdy and utilitarian.
So Much Fun opening my mystery box! Bonus I got an Aperol glass!
